Your list of sources (bibliography) should include the title, author, any publication information and the year published. What is included depends on the type of source you are using.

Book:

Author last name, Author first name, Title of Book, Publisher City, Publisher, Date of Publication.

Article in a Journal or Magazine:

Author last name, Author First name, "Title of Article," Title of Journal, Volume, Number, pages, date.

Website:

Author. "Title." Title of container (self contained if book), Other contributors (translators or editors), Version (edition), Number (vol. and/or no.), Publisher, Publication Date, Location (pages, paragraphs and/or URL, DOI or permalink). 2^nd container’s title, Other contributors, Version, Number, Publisher, Publication date, Location, Date of Access (if applicable).
